In 2017, Iveagh Property Management Agency was formed by Maurice Leahy. We provide commercial property management, residential and mixed-use property management, and estate management services.
Experience
Maurice and Jonathan have over 30 years of combined property management experience ranging from managing smaller residential developments to large mixed-use developments comprising of over 600 residential, retail, office, and industrial units.
Approach
At Iveagh Property Management, our approach is practical and hands on. We love projects and making real, tangible improvements in our developments. Our expertise extends beyond day to day property management to include project management and oversight of everything from large scale energy efficiency projects to fire safety remediation works.
Strategy
Effective long-term property management requires a holistic view. We recognise the pitfalls of a one-fits-all approach. Every client, building and development have unique requirements and warrant a bespoke strategy. We adopt a long-term strategic management plan for each of our developments which evolves over time to align to statutory and stakeholder requirements.
